What I ate today

I had soft serve fruit from Chloe’s Fruit. I’m fortunate to work on the same block. Think Pinkberry but no yogurt. It’s 100% fruit with no added sugars. There are seasonal flavors and classics that are always on the menu. They also have shakes and pops.

This was my snack today: Small Pineapple Fruit Serve topped with Pineapples and Strawberries. Delicious.

You can make the same at home if you freeze and then blend your fruit. Bananas are always the easiest as you get a smooth creamy texture right off the bat with not a lot of work. Too lazy to buy fruit and then freeze it? Trader Joes and most food markets now sell ore frozen fruit.
